Canada has recently implemented measures to restrict the influx of foreign students. British Columbia and Ontario are particularly focused on tackling these institutions. B.C.’s Minister Selina Robinson criticized some private post-secondary institutions for deceptive practices, such as false promises of in-class instruction and housing.
